Is Paywell easy to install and implement?
Yes, Paywell is designed to ensure smooth, trouble-free implementation. The Paywell support staff implement the product and train all necessary users. Training is done on a one-to-one basis, either at the user's offices or at Paywell offices.

The product is developed and maintained in South Africa by professionals with an insight into payroll and human resources requirements as well as computer technology. Paywell runs on Windows, Unix, Linux, AIX, LAN's, AS/400 platforms.
Is Paywell expensive and costly to run?
No, Paywell is designed in modular form, so you only pay for the modules you require. Paywell integrates with most recognised HR systems thus gives the user a choice of HR systems with a wide range of price and functionality.
What gives Paywell its power and flexility?
Paywell uses highly configurable macros that are used to translate payroll rules and requirements into automated processes. These macros are designed and maintained by Paywell as and when payroll requirements change. These easy-to-use macros generate readable documented steps. This makes design and especially amendments extremely efficient. This 'language' takes the specifications of the most complex payroll requirements and translates these into an automated process. In fact we are proud to claim that if a client's payroll rules and calculation requirements can be written down in plain English, then Paywell can be configured to deliver the desired solution.
Can the data be checked before running the payroll?
Yes, the Validation or Preview run allows the user to print any exception reports for checking and if necessary submit any corrections or amendments prior to the payroll run.
