Paywell has just concluded the sale of the first instance of our module called the Bridge, which facilitates automatic, parameterised integration between the Paywell database, and any MS SQL based HR Management system in the market. Once the parameters are set up, the Bridge manages the integration process without need of further manual intervention.

The parameters govern amongst others:

The timing of the integration, i.e. is information, once entered in one system, immediately available in the other system, or is a timed batch update more desirable

Ownership of data, i.e. does HR input data, and pass it through to Payroll, or vice versa. Some pieces of information can belong to Payroll, and different pieces of information can belong to HR.

Translation of Data from one system to the other. For example Paywell holds a persons gender as ‘M’, and HR holds it as ‘Male’.
